Legal Framework and Eligibility

Welcome to Star111 India. By registering an account and accessing our services, you (the “User”) enter into a legally binding agreement with Star111. This document governs your use of our website, mobile applications, and betting services within the geographical boundaries of the Republic of India.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. Accessing Star111 constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

1.2 Eligibility and Age Sovereignty

To maintain the integrity of our digital lobby, we enforce strict eligibility criteria:

  • Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Participation of minors is a criminal offense under local laws.
  • Geographical Restrictions: While Star111 operates nationally, we strictly prohibit residents of “Restricted States” (including but not limited to Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and Nagaland) from participating in real-money games. Our system utilizes automated geolocation tracking to enforce this.
  • Mental Competency: You must be of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions.

Account Management and KYC Verification

Your Star111 account is non-transferable. To protect the community from money laundering (AML), we implement a rigorous “Know Your Customer” (KYC) protocol.

2.1 One Account Policy

Users are permitted only one (1) account per person, household, and IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers or manipulate game outcomes will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 Mandatory Verification

In compliance with the PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act), withdrawals are only enabled after the successful verification of:

  1. Identity: A valid PAN Card or Aadhaar Card.

Financial Settlements and Taxation (TDS)
